With a distinguished career in the financial industry, Kiran Iqbal has made significant contributions to top-tier firms, including Credit Suisse, Barclays Capital, and OppenheimerFunds.
Before launching her own executive coaching practice, she served as the Global Talent Partner for Global Risk and Global Legal & Compliance, and as the Regional Head of Learning & Development at Nomura in New York. Kiran developed the Learning & Development function in the Americas and implemented innovative strategies for all leadership levels.
Her expertise spans onboarding, succession planning, DEI initiatives, coaching, and much more.
Kiran holds a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, an A.A.S. in Accounting from Borough of Manhattan Community College, and certifications in professional coaching (iCoach Global) and EQi 2.0/EQ 360.
